What method of payment do you accept?

I accept cash or bank transfer only as there is no credit card facility.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise payment for treatment price applies.

What should I expect during a consultation?

All initial consultations will require going through a medical history form with you. Prior to starting the treatment, I will explain what the treatment will involve and go over any questions you may have.

For Craniosacral Therapy sessions it’s best to wear comfortable/loose clothing.

Shall I still come in for my session if I have a cold/the flu? Will it help me to recover faster?

To avoid passing on any infections to either myself or other patients I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?

12 months from date of purchase.
